The year full of self-doubt, anxiety, and fear but "antt bhalaa to sbb bhalaa" honestly, January was depressing and the fear doubled when I lost my kalu(cat) as he was suffering from chronic blood cancer on February 8. followed by the same event in April when i lost chichi(baby cat) as he fell from the terrace starting few months were very triggering and fear of loosing and seeing in front of your eyes losing your dear ones. when my undergrad college started I thought it will be good to interact and enjoy the last few days but as soon as entering I realized the competition, was stunned by the intelligence of my batchmates and felt very underconfident.   Going to be a psychologist soon!                                   I can't underestimate the role of mental health and how important it is for all of us.  here are some tips you should follow:- 1.  Tell yourself something positive. 2.  Write down something you are grateful for. 3.  Focus on one thing (in the moment). 4. eat and exercise 5. ask for help (talk to your trusted friends/family) these are merely simple acts to be done on daily basis and if u still feel exhausted, frustrated, lacking energy and detached, etc. for a prolonged period (15-30 days) then do consult a psychologist. on this world mental health day(10-oct-2022) let's pledge and make the world a better place to live, help, love, and care😊
